1. Service

Sunveyor provides solar resource information, PV production simulations and AI-generated feasibility content based on third-party scientific data (NASA POWER, PVGIS © European Union, Open-Meteo) and machine-learning models.

2. No professional advice

All outputs are indicative estimates, not engineering, financial, legal or investment advice, and not a bankable yield assessment. Verify results with qualified professionals before committing capital. We accept no liability for decisions based on the service.

3. Accounts & paid plans

Paid subscriptions are billed by our merchant of record [Paddle / Lemon Squeezy]; their checkout terms apply to payment, invoicing, taxes and refunds. Cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the billing period. Refunds: 14 days, no questions asked, unless usage was abusive.

4. Acceptable use

No scraping, bulk automated querying, reselling of raw data, or attempts to disrupt the service. Free-tier results may be used commercially with attribution ("Data: Sunveyor"); white-label rights require a Business plan.

5. Intellectual property & data licenses

The site, brand and generated reports are ours or licensed to us. Underlying datasets remain the property of their providers under their respective licenses (PVGIS © European Union; satellite imagery © Esri and partners).

6. Changes, termination, law

We may update these terms with notice on this page. Governing law and venue: [JURISDICTION]. If any clause is invalid, the remainder stays in force.
